Automatically retrieve the correct provisions
For professionals in the staffing and payroll industry, it should come as no surprise that collective bargaining agreements are updated regularly. It can be a challenge to go through the CBA in full and keep up with changes. Consider changes in hourly wages, benefits and other relevant collective bargaining and pension information. Imagine how convenient it would be if you didn't have to look up the provisions of the CBA yourself, but could request them directly during onboarding at temp. Recruiter compensation record and signature
Within our midoffice platform, you can now record the relevant collective bargaining agreements in a hirer's remuneration and also have it signed by the hirer . This includes surcharges, compensation for ADV days, travel costs, travel hours and allowances. This eliminates the need to manually dig through a collective bargaining agreement and prevents discussions afterwards.
By using this functionality, you can speed up the onboarding process and minimize the risk of errors and penalties.
