Manually checking timesheets against collective labour agreements is a cumbersome, time-consuming and error-prone task. Our time interpretation solution Xplican automates the allocation of expense allowances to your temps.

All you have to do is to include the rules from the collective agreement and the user-specific agreements in a collective agreement profile. You set up such a CAO profile once. Once the collective labor agreement profile has been set up, this module automatically applies the collective labor agreement rules and thus the correct compensations and bonuses when registering hours worked.

With the TLN CBA, the CBA of Transport and Logistics Netherlands, we were able to make the biggest gains in a short period of time. Moreover, TLN is one of the most extensive and therefore also most difficult collective labor agreements, because it has many separate allowances and specific allowances. This saves us a lot of time. We can now do 4 times as much turnover with the same people in our back office.
