Repay Online, as e-UUR is called at Repay HRM, is now a comprehensive digital registration system accessible to both relations and payroll employees. In Repay Online it is possible to register employees digitally and download pay slips or annual statements. In addition, employees have the freedom to have reservations such as vacation pay and vacations paid out at any time. "With Repay Online we can serve our clients and payroll employees optimally. Our aim here is to guarantee our quality at all times. We process an average of one hundred new employees every week; this must not become impersonal."

REPAY ONLINE, CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT

The digital enrollment in Repay Online, which is completely customized, helps with this. "And both the implementation of e-UUR and the realization of that unique enrollment went perfectly at the time," says Paridaens. "When we started this challenging project with Akyla, we were many times smaller. But even now that we have grown into a number-ten player within the industry, I experience short lines of communication. The contact is good and the communication with our contacts is pleasant. We are continuously developing new features for Repay Online. We can switch quickly with Akyla; over the years they have become a sparring partner. Repay is at the forefront of the flex industry when it comes to automation and Akyla always responds to our wishes. In addition, e-UUR is very stable, the portal never breaks down. That is really important. I am convinced that with a large software party we would work together much less quickly and pleasantly and we would achieve less results."
